Shipping Policy Information

We have a 5-7 day ship window, upon receipt of your order. If you do not see an item on the site, then it is currently not available. This will not apply for printed products, as they should always be available, unless there are unusual circumstances.

We ship our products direct to you from our 3 factory locations (each one makes different products), so it is possible you will receive 3 separate shipments from 1 single order, arriving a few days apart. This will insure the fastest delivery and the best service.

We will generally ship UPS or FedEx, at the cheapest rate possible. If you have special shipping instructions, please indicate on your order or contact Customer Service.

We ship to all 50 states and Canada as part of our standard shipping program. For other international shipping requests, we will consider on a case by case basis.
